Following the intense legal and topographical work, in order to update the description of all the properties in the plot (land and existing buildings) and get this new description officially registered in Notary Registration numbers 74 to 79 (Almansa Notary Mr. --------- on 30th October 2007), Martin & Clews has achieved the basic contract commitment and acquired the 100% share capital from the owner. This fact is officially stated in Notary Registration numbers 289, 290, 291 & 292 (Almansa Notary Mr. ---------------, 06th February 2008). This has allowed us to start the process of application to the Town Hall to include our project in the General Plan from Almansa.The project will prove to be of great benefit for the town and we have presented all the social and economic factors to justify our development in this area. From an economic point of view our development will bring wealth and life to the town providing employment in the short, medium and long term projecting high social and economic values. Meetings have been arranged to agree the parameters of the housing and facilities which we expect agreement and we will provide another news letter with the details when they have been concluded.Our intentions remain – to create a multi-purpose development based on low density formula, taking into consideration factors of interest such as – businesses – tourism – residential & holiday housing – culture – eco friendly footprint, which underlines our principle objectives of preservation, enhancement and restorationYour next payment is due after we have achieved our first stages of planning (agreement of density and parameters)
