I concur fully Brian as I have said in previous posts. There have been a number of similar deals in the UK, betting on Green Belt becoming Urban land, and as with Spain you could be waiting a very long time! My money would be better placed elsewhere, but I do wish all the investors luck with this speculative venture. It just is not for me.
