Hi Debbie, Zen land does extend to BR101, and for a few km towards Natal on that road, on both sides of BR101.Having visited in Dec last year, the two dirt roads you mention have no traffic on them at all, unless someone is specifically going to see the lighthouse, we were there two days, and saw a total of 1 car and 4 mopeds on these roads.As for other building nearby, there are a number of apartments when you turn left at the end of BR101, and as mentioned on ASCL website, are being built by an English developer, but unless you actually turn left and drive down that road you will not be able to see them, they will be about 1 mile from Zen, so close enough to visit, but far enough away so as not to cause any problems.
