Pyramids 2 is set back from the road and there will be a 7000m2 tropical garden between the building and the road. It's just a couple of minutes walk to the public beach and you can have a sea view from the second and third floor apartments. I was with Garry (the UK owner) yesterday as he is here in Hurghada at the moment and you won't find a more genuine chap to deal with. He is offering guarantees that you won't get on other projects and will pay each owner 300GBP a month if the build goes over the completion date. That's not something you'll get in a lot of contracts here. Once Pyramids 2 is finished, Garry will be handling the management rather than handing over to another company and walking away and his daughter is coming over from the UK to manage the site.
