I am considering buying a property in Bulgeria, however I have been told that rather try in France as anything happen to me that only son can inherit otherwise the property goes to the State. May be this is not true, but does anyone know any of any such rules on inherence in Bulgera. I would appreciate if anyone provide information on the subject.
