Default Inheritance Of Propety In Bulgaria
As far as I understand your estate will pass to your spouse and then equilly to your children, if there is no valid will, however it is very easy to draw up a legal BG will that will enable you to dispose of your BG assets as you wish. I think it cost us about 60 to 70 Lv including notary fees.
