I have used Rui Farias before for business use, not buying land and nothing to do with Coral, and will certainly use him again and meeting a few different lawyers he came up best with me! But I would not use as in your case though, Ralph and Dotty are spot on right. I see what you mean by it only a £9000 investment if its not a great lot too you, but you say 3000 for a lawyer, you must mean R$3000 surely, even thats expensive, when I bought R$150,000rais beach villa (or £39,000 as it was back then) my lawyer was R$2,000rais.
