Why are you not able to work with a Brazilian lawyer who speaks fluent English,whether it be here or in the UK,BUT THEY MUST UNDERSTAND bRAZILAIN LAW THAT IS ALWAYS CHANGING.?They do exist .

Also it makes sense to use an independent Solicitor, in the Uk i would never use the same legal representative as the seller and the developer. I would like to hear from anyone who has received their title deed and anyone who used an Independent Solicitor that passed Coral Beach ; All you buyers, have you all used the same Solicitor? If there is someone who has not used this firm then let me know to my private email.
