Who have I misquoted?

And I didn't say it wasn't possible to open an account. What I did say was that banks today aren't opening C5 account anymore...and haven't for quite some time. Aren't you the guy that's advising people to get student visa's to open up bank accounts??

Read what I wrote. Are you in Brazil? Let me guess, you're sitting in Europe or North America. How many accounts have you opened over the last year for foreigners that don't have a permanent visa? Are they aware that these accounts very likely will be closed....it's only a matter of time. It doesn't matter if they're doing anything wrong or not....that's not the issue.
Can you send and receive international bankwires? How long have the accounts been open?
Once again, I've stated today's reality in Brazil. It doesn't surprise me in the slightest that you're the owner of cpf services.....guessed that one right, it all makes sense now.
So, how much do you charge for this service to get a cpf card for someone that here in Brazil costs R5.50 or 1.70 GBP?
