Hi Karen

The rate I got was 1.2525n which is not fantastic but I kept watching it fluctuate. when I called them they said it may get worse as interest rates drop.

You can do a quick calcualtion on their home page but the actual rate you get will be slightly lower than this.

I just felt I would rather know "today" what I am going to pay and be done with it. I was fed up of anxiously checking the rate every single day.

With regards to the legal, we could ask Zeiad for a quote to check everything over and then see who wants to go in, then if someone is prepared to coordinate, we could all send cheques to them so that they have funds ready to pay Zeiad. if someone is happy to coordinate we should ensure all currency exchange is also paid for when we divide the estimate so the main person is not out of pocket. Zeiad did offer to glance at the contract for me and help for free but I wouldnt feel comfortable him doing that and me then sharing it with lots of people as I would feel a bit guilty, but I dont think he will charge a lot anyway.

Of course who ever does coordinate (if anyone wants to,) I would suggest the details of edits to the contract not be forwarded to anyone who had not yet paid (but were promising to pay!!)

What does everyone else think. I would be happy to be coordinator with Zeiad if it happens after mid may (which I know we are all hoping it happens before then!)

I also know someone else not on this forum who may want to come in on the share of the costs too.
Lou
