HI Everyone,
I just wanted to say Hi - We've just completed the purchase of 13A2 in Sierra. We were out there for a holiday last month and accidently visited Sierra and purchased an apartment! We've gone for the furniture package because it's likely we'll use the Hotel to rent out the apartment when we can't fill it - also we don't need to be there and everything will just be completed in our absence.
We're expecting our apartment to be completed at the end of May - but can't get back out there until later in the year so not sure how we're going to get the finished article checked within the proposed 15 days? - Perhaps we can get someone else to do it for us or just ignore it until we can go out and hope they'll allow a snagging list still!
We have used Abbas El Bahravy as our Lawyer based in Sharm- he speaks perfect English, has answered my questions very promptly and was recommended by Khaled.
In the week we were in Naama Bay we visited the Sierra site, chose an apartment, paid the deposit, met the Lawyer, went to El Tor for Visa (you only need a 3 month single entry one) to get the POE arranged - finished the last signatures with the Lawyer 1 hour before the transfer coach picked up to return to the airport. (I also did my Advanced PADI course and Notrox course in the same week). I can't wait to get back out there for a Holiday!!
Looking forward to meeting up with some of you later in the year - we'll be having a BBQ on the Lawn!
