Hi everybody, could anybody tell me what a one bedroom sea front apartment in Zafarana is worth today, only we bought in dec 06, but when we look on web site they still seem to be for sale for round about £21,000, also the last time we received a newsletter was dec 07 only they are running late and we think they will soon be paying a late penalty.
