I have some floors and units available at half the original price of the property.

E.g. you can buy a property at 1,000 AED per sq ft whose original price is 2,000AED per sq ft. The contract will have the original value(2,000AED per sq ft). You can buy today at 1,000AED psft and sell it immediately for 2,000AED psqft.

Sounds amazing right !!
