Red face Sorry I still give Nakheel a B Minus for customer service

OK I thought I would try one more time so yesterday I sent email and also rang here is what happened

Email response...none to date

Phoned call center First Time given a number
Number rang out to an answer machine which said leave a message then said "sorry message box full"
Rang back call center Second time who explained sorry staff are in a meeting.
Phoned direct number of Ms Sara could not answer specific question was told to phone another number.
Rang number, person concerned was not there.Number rang out to an answer machine which said leave a message then said "sorry message box full"
Phoned call center Third time given email address.


Ms Sara could answer building hand over and general questions for more specific answers I was directed to a person where it was imposable to leave a message and I have yet to receive an email reply.

Sorry I still give Nakheel a B Minus for customer service all though I did notice an improvement in the switch board manner.

Not much use though is it when you are directed to phone number's that explain the person is not at their desk then asked to leave a message then a voice tells you sorry the message box is full you can not leave any message....

Summary
3 Phone calls to Call Center
2 Phone calls to other Nakheel numbers
1 email


Still questions remain only partially answered and no email yet
