well i am talking about the same project which Damac is going to launch in Reem island and the prices will be 2250 to 2500 Starting price
now i got a Project by First Gulf Bank
price is 3330 AED per Sq FT
20/80 on Completion
i think paying 3300 to FGB is better then paying to Damac and blocking your all money
