I met with Bldg Owner for Persia N10. He said that only 30 % of the unit owners have paid so far & not all had completed their registration with Nakheel. When I contacted Nakheel for the bldg handover , they said that the bldg is ready for handover. I have pushed the Bldg owner to set a deadline for payments & also have argued about having to wait for everyone to pay up . I wish that all unit owners would pay their dues ASAP. Those who have paid are suffering unnecessarily. Returns on the money invested will only start once we get the apartments......don't know what else to say !!!
