I have got this email from an agent does this sound reasonable and realistic, please help.

Pay attention to unit 321, it has a 20% intrinsic value.
Based on 50% deposit within 14 days on this unit, other payment plans will apply for block F.
Also please find attached a price list for Oyster block F with full availabilities and 30/20/50% finance.


COMPARISON!


Sea and pool views are typically more expensive. My professional opinion is that unit 321 is far better value for your money with approximate equity of 20%.
