Hi Anne thanks- we havent bought anything yet but we probably want to get the air con that blows hot and cold as the winter eves get really cold. Ref the visas - a normal single entry visa ( cost $15 ) does allow you to visit Cairo and Luxor. My friend came to Sharm with me last Nov / Dec - I used my multi entry visa and she bought the single one and we flew to Luxor and back for the week end from Sharm. Handy to know someone who knows soneone in the travel industry. All the taxis in Sharm are now the brand new ones - newer cars more power!! BTW did you meant 8le for the water LOL not 85 ( £8.50 )
