Hi all,
Really hacked off because we just heard that the villa we were buying has been taken off the market. In fact, apparently it was never for sale as the owner was just testing the market, unbeknown to everyone but himself!!! He even let us go as far as paying a deposit and he even made up an inventory of all the furniture he was leaving in the villa. He has wasted everyones time and money. We are lucky because we are dealing through Orascom and our deposit is safe but it could have been very different. Please take note!!!
