Hi,

I'm looking for a studio with a decent size living area. The most available type of studio is a square floor-plan 479 sq mt. The square design makes it horrible for arranging big pieces of furniture. I also found online a rectangular type studio in International City Phase 3 al-Jawzaa building which is over 500 sq mt, which seems nicely layed out, but I gotta see it in person to make sure.

I need something that's ready for moving-in

Does anyone have any advice for me?
