Developer comission on resale of 99 year lease
Hi
I thought I understood the implications of the usufruct 99 year 'lease' but I was concerned to hear the developer can charge a 5% comission on the resale of the property! Can this be ruled out in the original contract as this could be a bit of a problem at resale time. Also who would be liable to pay this.
If the developer remains the landlord what other demands could they make and what responsibilities do they have
I must admit I am beginning to have some doubts about Sharm El Sheik now and complications for the future
