Yes you all are right that none of the Realty market remains HIGH. But dont forget the fact that Dubai's other projects as DL, Sports city, Film City and other great projects will support high property prices and rental returns.
As said earlier, every property or investment is not a Golden Egg. Yes, there are properties which have less than 10% returns, but there are projects throgh which investors are actually getting handsome returns.
I will say again, Dubai's property maket doesn't have 'ever lasting boom'. It will be stable or will g down. For short term investors, this is a right time to make money.
