I emailed him yesterday Real, just waiting for the reply. Just hoping anyone who has gone through the procedure already can help by letting me know what I should be getting, what I should be asking for and what they wish they had asked for but didnt.
So far Im hoping the contract will include,......
1) Late hand over penalty if not completed on time
