"This is just to reassure you that the handover procedure is quite a complex & lengthy process & that is the reason why the handover will take time.Nakheel’s confirmation that the building IC Persia N2 is complete was received by the building owner in the mid of March.
We have collected all the dues from you as well as all unit owners to make all payments on completion .The Building owner will now make the final payment after getting the complete legal documents from the joint owner who is currently in Singapore . This is the reason why the building possession is delayed. Please note in Nakheel contract in the clause 4.1 the anticipated date can be advanced by the building owner by 6-12 months. However there is no completion clause anywhere in the contract.
With regards to the quality of finishing in Nakheel’s International city development is relatively satisfactory. These are checked by the building owner, group of engineers before taking possession of the building.
We will keep you informed on the progress and will let you know on the handover at the earliest. We request you to kindly bear with us and apologies for inconvenience and any difficulties caused"
