Many thanks for your detailed info. I'm sure it will help many other purchasers as well.I received a reply to my e-mail to Gowealthy stating that keys and contract could be collected from the owner's office "by appointment" but if I hadn't seen your original post,and contacted them,I'm sure that I would still be waiting to hear something.There were no replies to my e-mails to Strongworth and the owner. I'm surprised that you have to pay the deposit to DEWA before getting the keys, especially in the case where the apartment will not be occupied until a tenant is found.
