Michael, I do believe they will not suceed in reprove this Law because the few protected companies in Brazil cannot buy (with $ or arguments) enough Congress men. They usually get the support of the labor Party, but seems that this time they are breaking ranks. What the executives of the domestic carriers may be doing, is try to postpone as much as they can, before the project go to vote;
