My budget is up to R$300000 possibly including furniture for 3 beds. If you ask: "What do you want?" I'll say that I don't know yet. In this case is difficult to give advice. By end of July I'll spend around 2 weeks in between Ceara & RN (half family holiday, half looking around). Get to know the places, and decide where we like more. My wife wants to stay in Natal/Fortaleza or pretty close (she has the final word, females don't play fair, specially wifes...
). In Ceara I have someone to show me around. My budget kicks me out of Ponta Negra, but I'll look around other neighborhoods, Pitangi, Cotovelo. I'm planning to extent our trip to Pipa as well. If I don't have time to close a deal then, I'll be back for it. But again, haven't figure out if buy a summer place (likely) or something to invest (rent/resale), resale or off-plan, or a plot to build....First I've to make up my mind; my guess that's why I'm fooling around this forum.
I promise that from now on, I'll only ask questions in this forum, not give my two cents anymore...at least until the next time. I'll post a new thread later one regarding my doubts; wrong thread perhaps, sorry.
