Hi all, I am looking to buy a property that hopefully ticks all of these boxes and wonder what you can recommend:

 Caribbean beachfront house
 Detached, peaceful, idyllic, tranquil, quiet, private paradise
 Direct short path or garden leading immediately to a quiet or private beach
 Clean or preferably white sand
 Palm trees surround
 Wild monkeys on the same island or in the locality are a bonus
 English speaking natives, part of the British Commonwealth
 A tax haven of some sort e.g. low/no Capital Gains or Buying Taxes
 Upcoming island where prices are still low, i.e. not overdeveloped like Bahamas/Barbados
 Outside the main hurricane belt completely
 Cheap direct flights from London
 Good shops
 Budget: $300,000 - $1,200,000

If you know of anything that fits the bill I would be very interested. I imagine it will either be from:
• A private owner selling their beach-house
• An off-plan resort developer
