Guys,

So what can we do? is there ANYONE who can complian to!! or is it going to fall deaf ears, so whats the point. There are loads of people in UK and other places who are worried about this kind of situations.

I have a unit that I need to complete the transfer on asap. I have an MOU, I have give power of attorney to the buyer and taken a down payment.

I have committed so I will stick to my agreement etc .. thats not the concern, but I need to get the balance asap. I think the buyer should be pretty happy, as he can start to use the property and starting on his investment without paying the full price, plus he is complety safe and laughing all the way to the bank! its the seller who is suffering here ... I want to invest else where but cannot.

But who will listen, I wish RERA would get their house in order soonest, because the standard reply right is "In Progress". WE will do it in ourrrr good time!! not yours!!!
