yes working in tunis would be hard, if you are a non french speaker..

libya is doing the rounds..considering its regime and history, there is definite potential for economic growth..

i dont see many westerners wanting to board planes there for a week in the sun though..

the main middle eastern countries whose reforms are promoting growth are:

Dubai - unrivalled willingness to go for the $$
Egypt - socio-political reforms implemented 5 years ago have resulted in 7% GDP growth last year
Qatar - a wealth of energy resources, including natural gas, new business cities and a desire to emulate the dubai success is promoting growth in Qatar

Depending on your field of expertise there are jobs here in egypt. However it is in my opinion better to start your own business here rather than work for others.
