Cluster king
Are you selling or buying in this cluster.
I heard the output price for a studio was 370000.00 DHS.
A month ago or even now you could have bought a studio in a much better cluster like France for only 10% more.
Having in mind that the emirates cluster is going to be ready after 2 years you actually lost if you have purchased in Emirates cluster.
And now please don’t protect your ass and explain to the people (who never been in international city) that the above cluster is in the middle of the ****.
Nakheel they just don’t care about the people and they can build anywhere they simply don’t care.
And you are the ones speculating and buying a piece of **** and trying to sell it to the innocent people who don’t now anything about the sewerage plant.
I don’t mind people making money but at least should be some truthfulness
