you can ign the contracts by email sure and scan it and send it to the agent or the developer this is sure ok, and then when almost finish your installments you should come as you should be here when the developer do the power of Autorney to sign in the log book of the registeration office, then you can make a power of autorney to a lawyer to follow on other procedures
