Which cluster in IC is this located?
I am paying AED48K for a 1BR in China E cluster - 3 payments + AED 2000 + security deposit, and a friend of mine is paying AED36K for a studio in China D cluster.
Also, I am looking for a laundry service, grocery, etc in IC China cluster... but can't seem to find one. Can anyone help me out?
