Hi ScottyMac, i did the same and spoke to another independent solicitor who said there was a .6% stamp duty but another one said there was not?? It is very confusing but there must be a legal document somewhere detailing the correct answer. I will keep looking and let you know, maybe Ziead will come back with an answer.
