what developments would be good to go and visit in hurgadah, El Gouna, Sahl Hasheesh? from my understanding are Sahl and El Gouna prestigious resorts to invest in?

Before we go far can you give us a hint about your budget? because this will help to narrow your researsh to specific properties and location, and hotels to recommend how much money or budget for accomodation you have?
