What i would suggest for you, is to make a list of around 5 to things that are essential in your purchase and get maybe 3 comparisons and whatever you feel is best and ticks the most boxes i would go for. I would also rate those essential things out of ten and score them. Such things as locations, price, distance from beach, bedrooms, area.
