People who ripe people off in any market should go to prison. It is fraud and deceipt, and a hard line needs to be taken on them.
The truth is to put yourself in a situation so it does not happen. ie. Do the right steps. All monies should go via a lawyer anyway, so there is a legal paper trial. And easier to sue if it all goes sideways.
