confusing ? not really. The posting refers to USD14 /m2 land cost. the build cost (to build a house) is USD 580/m2. a nearby development selling land for for USD90/m2. this equates to a house (4bed 3-1/2bath of 250m2 or 2700 sq ft at USD145000) on a lot sized at 500m2 (or 5400sq ft) at USD14/m2 = USD7000. therefore a total "package" at USD152000. or GBP78000. plus taxes etc plus whatever profit a developer may want to add
