As previouly stated I am taking action to recover my deposit for regal oaks florida. I've Just heard from my Brief that the lead case in our action has been settled outof court. That has taken about 10 months so it is not that quick to get your cash back. I know that some want to see the various florida developments through, but I don't feel I can take the chance.
