Canal Residence?
I am taking a trip to Dubai in May to gain a better feel as to which property I should invest in,
at present I am being swayed to the Canal Residence due to potential of a choice of holiday let or long term lease that I think this property has,
Does anyone have any views on this property ?
Does it have a good location within the DSC?
Does the construction company have a good track record?
any feedback would be much appreciated.
