Hi Lukas,
I lived in Goa for 4 years and went to school there, this was 20years ago we had no problem then. We are looking to buy in Goa next year and we have also been told to set up a Ltd company, preferrably in india, I know other people that have lived there for over 10years however they all rent. A friend knows people that have bought off plan properties and have lived there for 4 years and have no problems. I am trying to find out mor info as I would like to know more about residency.
