What do you think guys, is this a good deal?
Hey everyone,
I have a chance to buy a 1 br in JVS for 1000 dhs/sq foot.
The development is called Seasons by ishraqah.
Any thoughts? Im going to have to stretch pretty thin but I hope to flip it soon as I hear they are releasing one next door for 1400/sq ft.
Should I go for it?
