As advised in my previous email its about 820dhs per sq ft. The Northern Emirates particularly RAK and specifically Al Marjan cannot be compared to the mentioned areas. The evironment and scenic settings are special, its not overcrowded and doesnt have traffic problems. Its a permanent holiday 45mins from Dubai. The Developer is very reputable and it will be a good flip investment for sure. As for ESCROW it will come as this has only be recently approved in Dubai where other Emirate projects who are not approved, are under approval.
