I have been investing is US foreclosures this year. It's a good market to be in if you buy the right deals in the right areas. You can get cashflow positive deals that also provide equity up front.
To get involved you usually work with someone on the ground in the US that can source the deals and handle the transaction for you. A good trustworthy team is essential if you want the process to go smoothly. I get deals every week that are in a stable US city not impacted by the downturn.
