All my lands are directly contracted from the land owners so it is not possible to find them in another estate agents. In my company just 5 people team is working for lands and big investments.

The information I have relased is sufficient unless you are qualified chartered surveyor or architect. In summary location is either 'Resort' - which translates to shoreline / sea views or close proximity to beaches. Or, suitable for retirement relocation. Thereafter, size & dimensions are immaterial at this juncture nor how many untis can be built provided it is more than say, 150 plus resort facilities.

The rest is down to experts in the field. Price will not be a consideration at this time since the plan is to create several of these 'pride of ownership' locations across a cross-section of countries.
