I am from a Singapore Real Estate Company and is seeking partners and investors to set up a property fund. I am using yahoo email for confidentiality purposes.
For a short introduction, we have gathered a portfolio of more than S$500 million worth of income generating industrial assets in Singapore yielding 8% and we will continue to acquire aggressively at about S$500 million every year. The mandate will be focused in Singapore.
We are now finalizing our prospectus to partners for the manager and investors for the property fund. We will then move into the selection of partners, currently there are 2 Singapore fundmanagers, 5 European property funds had expressed interest in forming the manager. I have 2 investors willing to invest millions into the property fund. Will share more to interested members.
