The advice I had was 'in certain circumstances an English will may be valid in a foreign country....best practice for a will to be prepared in accordance with the laws of the country where the property is situated'.
Important points each country needs to know that you have a will in the other and each have a copies of both.... 'existence of any other wills should always be disclosed to ensure that they are not inadvertently revoked, resulting in an intestacy situation either in this country or abroad'.
