We have been going through your forum and we feel that we need to straighten the record on various issues:
Kasamia is purely a management company. We do not participate in the real estate promotion and focus mainly on management.
Having said that, in order to develop, we need to associate ourselves with promoters whose views are to sale their properties to buyers that will then comfy in us to run their apartment along with the others as a single and united residence hotel.
We then operate as an hotelier, distributing the units through travel agencies, tour operator GDS, IDS etc… and managing the common areas (restaurant spa etc.).
Part of this process is to be available to answer any question to the future owner and this is why we assist promoter in their sales process. We feel it is essential because and contrary to the developer, we will stay with the owners for a period of 7 years renewable.
Not to mention that we want owners fully aware of what they are getting involved into and not just get convinced that their purchase is a miracle formula.
It happens that real estate agents mislead buyers and this is one of the things we want to avoid.
We have stopped our relation with Aisa Group (Casares del Sol) as they didn’t respect the standard of quality they committed too.
We are actually having a court case against them.
As for Manilva Playa Spa Resort, the developer, GPSur has failed to deliver the residence to us in the standards we expect.
We are currently expecting to open Kasamia Marbella Royal Suite by October/ November this year and will operate according to our standards.
