Go to emaar.ae and click on the main banner on their home page. I did a test run about half an hour ago and they already down to U tokens.

Many thanks for your info.......I managed to get an A token
I suspect that Emaar issued the first 50 tokens, at least, before registration......I wonder to whom? I was finished registering at 3 minutes past 10 this morning and only just got in the first 100.
