I tend to agree very much with MMSM. There is no comparison between Asmaran and badrah , Badrah is more like and even less quality than government housing , it is only the name , Nakheel that is giving it all this hype , but it is pure rubbish . Having said that , market will be totally saturated by the end of 2010 and property appreciation after that will not exceed 2 1/2 % annually that is if it does not collapse!
short term speculators are inflating this market at an accelerating rate that cant be sustainable for long
and will be bound to correct .
